DON Bacon and Chilli Zoodles

Try our ALL NATURAL Bacon and chilli zoodles for a light and fresh take on a family favourite pasta.
- 3 large zucchini, spiralised
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large red chilli
- 200g DON All Natural Pan-Sized Bacon, chopped
- ⅓ cup ricotta cheese
- Parmesan cheese, to serve
- Cook chopped bacon in medium sized pan over medium-high heat. When cooked, remove from pan and rest in bowl.
- Return pan to stove and add olive oil. Sautee garlic in olive oil, making sure not to let it burn.
- Add spiralised zucchinis, chilli and tomatoes to pan and let cook for a couple of minutes. Add bacon back to pan, along with Ricotta. Stir through until coated.
- Transfer from pan to serving bowls, add grated Parmesan and enjoy!
