
Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Sliders

Ingredients
- 6 brioche or milk slider buns
- 150g sliced turkey
- 150g brie, cut into small wedges
- ¼ cup cranberry jelly
- 3 tbsp seeded mustard
Method
- Slice the soft rolls in half. Add seeded mustard to one side of bun and cranberry to the other. Top with brie and then drape a few slices of turkey. Sandwich together and fasten with decorative toothpick.
