DON Bacon and Chilli Zoodles


  • 3 large zucchini, spiralised
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large red chilli
  • 200g DON Naturals Pan-Sized Bacon, chopped
  • ⅓ cup ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, to serve

Try our Naturals Bacon and chilli zoodles for a light and fresh take on a family favourite pasta.



  1. Cook chopped bacon in medium sized pan over medium-high heat. When cooked, remove from pan and rest in bowl.
  2. Return pan to stove and add olive oil. Sautee garlic in olive oil, making sure not to let it burn.
  3. Add spiralised zucchinis, chilli and tomatoes to pan and let cook for a couple of minutes. Add bacon back to pan, along with Ricotta. Stir through until coated.
  4. Transfer from pan to serving bowls, add grated Parmesan and enjoy!
