Prosciutto Pizza


  • 80g DON® Prosciutto
  • 2 pre-made pizza bases
  • 30g rocket or basil pesto
  • 25g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 bocconcini cheese pieces, halved
  • 20ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups rocket leaves
  • Cracked pepper to serve

Pizza and Prosciutto? It doesn’t get any better than this!



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Brush each pizza base with the pesto and place on a non-stick tray.
  3. Arrange the Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini pieces and DON® Prosciutto on the pizza base. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the bases are crisp and golden, and the cheese has melted. Top with rocket leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.
