Salami Baguette


  • 1 15cm piece of buttered crusty baguette
  • Dijon mustard, dijonnaise or mayonnaise
  • A few baby spinach and/or chard leaves
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese
  • French dressing
  • Few chopped mint leaves or a little chopped dill
  • Few slices of Don 50% Less Fat Mild or Hot Salami, sliced thinly from the deli or from a convenient 100g presliced pack

Salami Baguette



  1. Spread bread with mustard or mayonnaise
  2. Top with greens, avocado and mozzarella.
  3. Drizzle with a little French dressing mixed with chopped mint or dill.
  4. Top with sliced salami
