
Salami Gilda Pintxos

Ingredients
- 150g spanish picante gordal green olives, pitted
- ½ salami chub, thinly sliced
- 12 pickled guindillas chillies
- 50g parmesan cubes
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Thread the olive, salami and pickled guindillas chillies in a S shape onto small decorative cocktail sticks. Arrange on small plates and drizzle with olive oil.
