Ingredients

  • 150g spanish picante gordal green olives, pitted
  • ½ salami chub, thinly sliced
  • 12 pickled guindillas chillies
  • 50g parmesan cubes
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Thread the olive, salami and pickled guindillas chillies in a S shape onto small decorative cocktail sticks. Arrange on small plates and drizzle with olive oil.
