Ham and Cheese Twists

- 2 × squares puff pastry
- 200g DON Double Smoked Leg Ham
- 1 handful cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp seeded mustard
- 1 egg, for egg wash

Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Brush the pastry with tomato paste and mustard. Scatter cheese generously over the pastry and then add the ham to one-half of the pastry. Fold the pastry over the ham and flatten, then press down with a rolling pin.
- Cut into strips. Twist, place onto the baking tray, then brush with egg wash and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
