
Kabana Pigs in Blankets

Ingredients
- 2 × square of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 kabana sausages, cut into 5 cm logs
- 1 egg, for egg wash
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
Method
- Line a flat tray with baking paper.
- Cut pastry in half and then half again. Each half then can be cut on a diagonal to form 8 triangles per sheet
- Working with triangle at a time, stretch the longer end a little. Place the kabana log on the longest end and then roll up in to crescent. Place on the tray, seam side down. Repeat with the remaining triangles.
- Brush lightly with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Pre heat the oven to 190°C. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
