Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Sliders

Ingredients

  • 6 brioche or milk slider buns
  • 150g sliced turkey
  • 150g brie, cut into small wedges
  • ¼ cup cranberry jelly
  • 3 tbsp seeded mustard

Method

  1. Slice the soft rolls in half. Add seeded mustard to one side of bun and cranberry to the other. Top with brie and then drape a few slices of turkey. Sandwich together and fasten with decorative toothpick.
