Warm Ham and Cheese Pull-Apart Rolls

Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 12 soft white dinner rolls, still attached
- 4 tbsp store-bought pesto
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 packets of double-smoked ham slices
- 8 semi-sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- Black and white sesame seeds, to garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Using a serrated knife, cut through the bread roll loaf horizontally. Spread pesto on one side and mayonnaise on the other.
- Combine the cheese and sprinkle half on the bottom. Top with ham and sundried tomatoes, followed by the remaining cheese. Sandwich with the bread roll tops. Carefully transfer rolls to a baking dish that fits the rolls side-by-side snuggly.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle over sesame seeds, if using. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
