Ways to prepare

Pan Fry

Preheat fry pan to medium heat
Place sausages into boiling water for 3 minutes then remove and dry with paper towel
Brush sausages with a little oil and pan fry the whole sausage on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through

BBQ/Grill

Preheat barbecue hot plate or grill to medium heat
Place sausages into boiling water for 3 minutes then remove and dry with paper towel
To cook whole sausages – brush sausages with a little oil and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through
To cook butterflied sausages – butterfly the sausage, brush with a little oil, and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through

Microwave (based on 1000W)

Wrap the sausage in paper towel and microwave on high for 1.5 minutes or until cooked through

To cook butterflied sausages – butterfly the sausage, brush with a little oil, and cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes each side, until cooked through
